Richard, who is not his real name, apparently belongs to a middle-aged Englishman and reported to The Times that he had turned to gender staff in his marriage’s last years. Before deleting the incriminating texts, he would call them via the functionality game on his phone.  ,

He told The Times: ‘ If you are told a communication is deleted, you are entitled to assume it’s deleted.
‘ It’s all quite unpleasant and rather raw also. For my wife, it was a really difficult way to find out. My views are that I might still be married if I had been able to talk to her rationally and she had n’t had such a harsh realization of it.
Richard claimed that the couple had been “very happily married” for more than 20 years and that a “excellent marriage” had been” thrown away” or” something that many men do, and some women do, but mainly men,” but that the couple had been “very happily married.”
He claimed that when I spoke with some of my friends, some of them had affairs, which I think are a much bigger breach of trust, and also got married despite being exposed.

Richard is now suing the tech giant for the more than £5 million he lost as a result of his marriage and other legal expenses, alleging that the business does not disclose that deleted information may still appear on different Apple products even after being deleted from the telephone.  ,

‘ I was on really strong alpha blocker to try to reduce my stress problems,’ he said.  ,
I really believed I was going to experience a heart harm. You have children and family relationships, and divorce is a very difficult process. It’s all, in my opinion, because Apple claimed my messages were deleted when they were n’t.
‘ If the information had said,” These emails are deleted on this device”, that would have been a hint, or” These messages are deleted on this machine simply” that would have been actually better.’
Richard is pursuing a class action lawsuit on a no-win, no-fee base and is being represented by the London law company Rosenblatt.
Simon Walton, from Rosenblatt, said: ‘ Apple had not been apparent with people as to what happens to emails they send and receive and, significantly, remove.
In many cases, the iPhone informs the user that messages have been deleted, but as we have seen, that is n’t accurate and misleading because they are still on other linked devices – something Apple does n’t advise its users. ‘ ,
