Abdulqadir Mumin, who the U.S. state has revealed in public that he is the leader of the ISIS advertising in Somalia, has reportedly risen to the position of president internationally.
U. S. Africa Command released a statement on May 31 saying it had conducted an attack against ISIS extremists in a remote location 81 miles ( 50 kilometers ) south of Bosaso, Somalia, and killed three militants. The AFRICOM speech did not say whom the U. S. was targeting, yet, or who was killed. No civilians were killed in the attack, according to AFRICOM.

Three U.S. leaders now claim that Mumin was the subject of that operation, despite the fact that they do not have any proof of his death.
A senior administration official confirmed that the United States had launched a strike against a top ISIS goal in Somalia, but the official declined to name the person and said the United States is also working to evaluate the results.
A mature security official says ISIS in Somalia is comparatively small, with just 100 to 200 full soldiers, all located in northern Somalia. But there are other little Syria parties throughout parts of Africa, including Libya, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Mozambique.
ISIS also has thousands of fighters worldwide, mostly in northwestern Iraq and northeastern Syria, according to U. S. intelligence organizations.
However, because the United States has been successful in defeating the ISIS management in Iraq and Syria, ISIS leaders believe that Africa is a place where they should spend, where they are more liberal, able to operate better, and more easily, and that they want to increase the ISIS cell it. The older security official claimed that they did indeed bring the emperor there. The official added that the ISIS leadership’s strategic path has led to the expansion of the cells in other parts of Africa.
The official claimed that ISIS militants in Somalia use more effective methods, techniques, and methods of sharing their tactics, tactics, and procedures with one another, such as leasing, than another active terror networks.
According to the United States, Mumin has been the target of numerous deadly attacks in Somalia over the past ten years, including the 2019 murder of a justice established in his house and the Puntland region’s Puntland city’s catch and monthslong occupation.
He was designated a special designated global criminal by the United States in 2016 because he posed a significant risk of carrying out terrorist acts that would threaten American national security, foreign policy, or market.
That Mumin had taken over as the latest global head of ISIS was no commonly known, say two U. S. leaders. He succeeded Abu al-Hasan al-Hashimi al-Qurashi, who died in a battle in Syria in the late 20th century. The past two world leaders of ISIS, including its best- known head, Abu Bakr albert- Baghdadi, had killed themselves when they were cornered during U. S. defense raids.
