After a “really poor” riding accident in the US, chef Gordon Ramsay has described feeling shaken.
In a film that was shared on social media, he lifted his cook’s white to reveal significant colored bruising on his neck, which required hospitalization.
Addressing the communication to” all the fathers out there” away of Father’s Day on Sunday, the legend of Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares and Hell’s Kitchen stressed the importance of wearing a hat.
He continued,” I do n’t care how short the journey is,” adding that the advice becomes even more crucial when traveling with children because they have to wear helmets.
” I want to wish you all a glad Father’s Day, but please, please, please wear a hat. If I did n’t, honestly, I would n’t be here now”.
He also shared a before and after photo of his hat that showed significant damage to it on Instagram.
The restaurant claimed that Connecticut was the site of the incident earlier this year.
The 57- yr- ancient thanked the country’s Lawrence and Memorial Hospital’s stress doctors and nurses who looked after him.
He added that he was” a little bruised up looking like a purple potato” and that he did not “break any legs or experience any major wounds.”
” I’m in pain. It’s been a terrible week. And I’m kind of getting through it”, Ramsay added.
