NEW DELHI: As the deadline for general primaries in British methods, three opinion polls released on Saturday predicted low seats share for the Conservatives, Reuters reported.
Cautioning American PM Sunak’s celebration of “electoral extinction”, study company Savanta predicted 21 % support for the Liberals, marking a fall by 4 positions.
According to our analysis, this election could be the Conservative Party’s only chance of ending its democratic legacy, according to Chris Hopkins, Savanta’s director of social research.
However, Keir Starmer’s Labour Party garnered 46 % help, marking a 2- stage increase from the previous surveys conducted five times earlier. The Sunday Telegraph conducted the survey between June 12 and June 14. Labour Party’s 25- level guide represents the widest ratio since the career of Sunak’s father, Liz Truss.
The Republicans are projected to win 72 votes in the 650-member House of Commons, which is their lowest score in almost 200 years, according to a different study conducted from May 31 to June 13 by Survation and published in the Sunday Times. In comparison, Labour is projected to get a dominant 456 tickets.
Another poll conducted by Opinium for the Observer revealed that Labour held on to maintain 40 % support while the Conservatives held on at 23 %. The study was carried out on June 12 through June 14.
‘The real opposition’
An opinion poll by YouGuv on Thursday showed Nigel Farage’s Reform UK celebration one point ahead of Republicans, prompting Farage to say Reform as” the actual opposition” then, AFP reported.
For the future July 4 general election, Reform now has 609 candidates, almost twice as many as it did in the previous year’s party, which was known as the Brexit Party.
