LOL! Politico Thinks They Have a Bad Post-Verdict Poll for Trump. They Don’t.

Liberals are also waiting for the elections to indicate that Trump is in trouble because it has only been a few weeks since the fake conviction of his test was released. So far, we have n’t seen any proof.

Since the ruling, a number of polls have suggested that Joe Biden’s popularity has improved, and some even point to a boost for Donald Trump because he continues to lead in most of the battle states and has seen many post-conviction polls in blue states grow. Still, overall, poll Frank Luntz recently concluded that the verdict may n’t eventually move the knife either way. &nbsp,

” It’s soon enough to know that]the verdict is ] not going to significantly alter the results at this moment”, he said. ” That, in truth, the two political debates are going to be more important, that the gains that Trump made among union members, Hispanics, and fresh African American men are important and they’re holding, that Biden’s gains among center- aged female residential voters, those are holding. And generally, this feels more like World War I — that is just basically a earth game”.

That has n’t stopped the media from trying. Politico came to the conclusion on Monday that a new poll they conducted with Ipsos reveals the “real consequences from the Trump judgment.”

One of the most significant findings of our ballot was that 21 percent of independents believed their conviction would affect their decision to help Trump and that it would affect their vote significantly. Small variations between impartial and swing voters may influence the outcome in a nearby election.

These findings are fascinating, but they do n’t say much about what pre- and post-vote polling was telling us or what post-vote polling did. The effects of the result was now baked into the bread in terms of the government’s response—hence the reason why, in the days since the the ruling, Trump’s numbers appear essentially unchanged.

Of program, immediately after getting the media’s hopes up that the verdict is truly devastating for the Trump campaign, they unloaded a big disclaimer.

There is also good reason to believe that Trump and his supporters ‘ efforts to undermine the prosecution and faith have questioned the validity of the ruling and limited the impact the former president-turned-felon might experience.

A significant number of Americans, including politicians, question whether the ruling was the result of a fair and impartial approach. And while the majority of respondents disagreed on the notion that the prosecution was hired to assist President Joe Biden, a large majority ( 43 % ) of them either strongly or partially agreed that was the case’s justification.

Overall, the results of the surveys suggest that Americans ‘ opinions on the Trump ruling may still be malleable and could change for Trump.

In other words, the ruling could be negative for Trump, but it might not be, and the effects of the ruling, irrespective of whether it is good or bad, may change over time.

Does it seem to me as though Politico actually thinks the poll revealed the “real aftermath” from the outcome? Not even close. Once you get past the headline and the first few paragraphs, it becomes obvious that they are only trying to give Democrats hope and are n’t even pretending to know what the “real fallout” is.
