
A passenger plane traveling to Melbourne, Australia, had a terrifying mid-air event when one of the engines on the plane was shut down by fire. But, the plane managed to make a healthy landing according to the world’s fire service.
Following the website flames, which occurred about 50 minutes after leaving Queenstown, the plane made an emergency escape to Invercargill.
When the plane arrived in Invercargill, fireplace tractors were immediately dispatched to match it.
The coordinated work of disaster rescuers met the aircraft as it securely landed, confirmed Lynn Crosson, change supervisor for Fire and Emergency New Zealand.
According to Queenstown Airport director Catherine Nind, the cause of the website fire and the number of passengers on board the helicopter were not immediately known.
Virgin Australia, in an E- email, suggested that a probable animal attack may have been the reason of the website fire.
