A “mass migration” led to numerous accidents after a “possible substance agent” and lights were deployed during a Baltimore Pride function Saturday, according to authorities.
Baltimore Police confirmed on Sunday that they did not use the presumed chemical agent when it was released in front of the major audio level near North Avenue and Charles Street.
Around 8:37 p.m., according to a Baltimore Police director, the office has not specified the type of chemical agent that was released, but instead it could have been spear, hair mist, or “another broker.”
The huge crowd fled the area and suffered a number of injury as a result of fireworks being set off around the same time.
The Baltimore City Fire Department took care of the injured, so the occasion was called off.
