The White House refuted remarks made by Israel‘s prime minister on Tuesday that appeared to suggest that the United States was putting off numerous arms supplies for Israel‘s fight against Hamas.
“We usually do not know what he’s talking about, ” press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said. There was one special delivery of weapons that was stopped. … There are no other interruptions. Nothing. ”
In a prerecorded video released on social internet earlier in the day, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vehemently criticized the Biden administration, saying it is “inconceivable that the management has been withholding weapons and materiel from Israel. ”

However, during the day media briefing, Jean-Pierre vehemently rejected that suggestion.

President Joe Biden and his management opted to wait one military support delivery to Israel, Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin confirmed in the first week of May. Biden has expressed concern about Israel’s ability to carry out military operations, but his press secretary vehemently argued that those concerns wo n’t lead to additional weapons delays.
