PHARR, Texas ( ValleyCentral ) — A man has been arrested a fourth time for allegedly having sex with a horse.
Hidalgo County Jail data reveal that Cirilo Castillo was detained on suspicion of bestiality and legal theft.
According to a possible cause affidavit, a Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office assistant met with a person at a house on E. Alberta Road in Edinburg.
When she saw Castillo in the firm at 6:15 a.m., the woman claimed to have left to feed her animals.
According to the petition,” She saw Cirilo standing on a couch having sex with her white mare.”
According to the documentation, Castillo has previously lived on the house and been informed that he is not wanted there.
The girl claims that Cirilo trespassed on her home before and had sex with her horse.
On June 18, Castillo was detained in the Hidalgo County Jail, and his bond was set at$ 70,000.
Background
In 2013, Castillo pleaded guilty after having sex with a horse named” India” on video. Lupe Trevino, a past Hidalgo County sheriff, said Castillo would remain at the time.
