Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has &nbsp, failed to qualify&nbsp, for second week’s conversation between&nbsp, President Biden&nbsp, and former&nbsp, President Trump, setting the stage for the two main party candidates to fight in their first encounter- to- face confrontation of the 2024 campaign.

The separate candidate&nbsp, fell short of the threshold&nbsp, set by&nbsp, CNN&nbsp, of at least 15 % assistance in four new national opinion polls.

RFK Jr. also has n’t secured ballot spots in enough states to win a majority of 270 electoral votes, the second condition laid out by the network for next Thursday’s televised debate. Thus far, &nbsp, he’s only on the ballot&nbsp, in 10 states.

The choice sets the stage for the&nbsp, many- expected first discussion of the Biden- Trump White House rematch&nbsp, on next&nbsp, Thursday, June 27&nbsp, at&nbsp, 9 pm.

The conversation, which will be controlled by&nbsp, CNN&nbsp, anchors&nbsp, Jake Tapper&nbsp, and&nbsp, Dana Bash, will work for 90 min. Both strategies have &nbsp, agreed to the show’s ground laws.

There may be&nbsp, no life market, unlike most new presidential debates. Only when it’s the candidates ‘ turn to speak, the speakers may be muted.

According to the rules, the editors have been instructed to “use all tools at their disposal to enforce schedule and maintain a civilised conversation.”

The rules were included at the request of Biden plan to&nbsp, fight Trump’s predilection for continuously interrupting&nbsp, his argument opponents and moderators in previous debates with Biden four years ago and&nbsp, Hillary Rodham Clinton&nbsp, in 2016.

This year’s fight is&nbsp, by far the earliest any standard election debate&nbsp, has ever been held. All past debates were held after&nbsp, Labor Day&nbsp, during the classic fall promotion time.

    A&nbsp, next debate&nbsp, is expected to remain held&nbsp, Sept. 10&nbsp, on&nbsp, ABC.

The two campaigns reached a&nbsp, lightning- fast agreement&nbsp, last month to fixed the debate, mainly because both teams believe they may profit from it.

Trump’s team had been saying for months that&nbsp, Biden was too old to debate&nbsp, and that the former president would be the victor in a side- by- side showcase.

But Biden’s campaign believes&nbsp, Trump will turn off American voters&nbsp, with his mercurial and combative personality.

The incumbent is also hoping that the debate will encourage him to win more votes from voters who have yet to support another Biden term.

The first significant milestone in the rematch between the two presumed major party nominees is likely to have a wide audience.

The first Biden- Trump debate in 2020&nbsp, drew 73 million viewers, and a large majority said Biden won over an angry and aggressive Trump.

The dynamics could change as a result since the same candidates are competing for the first time in recent memory. Incumbent presidents have traditionally performed poorly in their first re-election debates.

Some experts predict a much smaller audience this time because so many voters have yet to concentrate on the contest.

A recent&nbsp, Quinnipiac&nbsp, survey said&nbsp, 72 % of Americans plan to watch&nbsp, at least some of the debate.
