In the Storage- as- a- Company area, Pure Storage released Evergreen//One for AI. It is characterized as the first function- built, AI- based STaaS giving. It offers GPUs guaranteed backup performance in support of teaching, inference, and high performance computing loads. Users choose the company based on active performance and throughput requirements, resulting in a service that only pays for throughput consumption.
Additionally, the Pure Fusion software introduces a comprehensive storage automation that includes all Pure array and Pure-based storage pools. Its Purity running environment is designed to improve continuously over time through less destructive upgrades. The organization is extending these capabilities to the overall Real Storage platform.
Pure Storage has strengthened its connection with NVIDIA as part of its AI qualifications by moving forward with NVIDIA DGX BasePOD documentation and NVIDIA OVX confirmation.
By the end of 2024, Pure plans to have achieved certification as a storage option for the NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD. This increases the distance between Pure and NVIDIA.
