Special: A 12-year-old woman was sexually assaulted by an illegal immigrant from Honduras who was deported after crossing the southern boundary during the Biden administration.

Junior Manuel Dubon Benitez, 18, was arrested on Feb. 14 on conviction of” sexual abuse upon Jane Doe a 12 year old baby” at a house in Waterloo, Iowa, weeks prior, according to court documents obtained first by the Washington Examiner.

Dubon Benitez was a member of Honduras who fraudulently entered the United States near Hidalgo, Texas, in April 2022 as a 16-year-old, according to an immigration and customs police director.

The incident is the most recent instance of what former president Donald Trump has called” Biden immigrant crime,” which is used to describe acts committed by refugees who were deported into the state after entering illegally as a result of the Biden-era border crisis.

More than any other time in history, almost 10 million non-American people have been encountered by federal law enforcement trying to enter the country in the past more than 40 times since President Joe Biden took business.

According to the court records reviewed by the Washington Examiner, Dubon Benitez was accused of second-degree sexual abuse but consented to a plea deal for third-degree physical mistreatment.

On May 14, he entered a guilty plea in Black Hawk County’s Iowa District Court. On June 7, the ultimate view was recorded in the court records.

Judge Melissa&nbsp, Anderson- Seeber did word Dubon Benitez in the coming months. He faces up to 10 times in state prison.

Dubon Benitez is being held without bail by the Iowa Department of Corrections until punishment. Dubon Benitez should be released after serving his sentence but turned over to the federal bureau right away in order to start imprisonment proceedings, according to a detainer that ICE has obtained from the condition.

Dubon Benitez was an unaccompanied small who was placed with an adult by the Department of Health and Human Services, but ICE did not disclose whether he had traveled with a family or as an unaccompanied minimal.

His relation to the sufferer, whose identity is protected due to the murderer’s age, was not described in the court records. Beyond what was provided in the court records, the state attorney declined to provide more information.
