As the families released a new movie on Monday that shows the condition of three Jewish hostages, who were shoved, wounded, and terrified, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he is also committed to the peace and prisoner launch program.
” We are committed to President Biden’s favorable plan regarding Israel.” Our status has not changed. The second thing, which does not contradict the second, we will not end the war until we eliminate Hamas”, Netanyahu said in a speech to parliament.
After receiving a furious reaction from Israeli politicians and a group representing the hostages and their families, the PM proposed a limited agreement with Hamas to bring back only some of the hostages from Gaza, he made his statement.
Netanyahu stated on a local news outlet that he was open to reaching a “partial agreement” with Hamas, which would only see the release of a select some victims from Gaza. According to CNN, this position goes against the plan that his own conflict cabinet had approved.
In exchange for a sustained peace and the withdrawal of Israeli forces from Gaza, US President Joe Biden unveiled a plan next month that details conditions.
The people, together with the hostages and missing families forum released a movie on Monday where all three hostages, Hersh Goldberg- Polin, 23, Eliya Cohen, 26, and Or Levy, 33, who were abducted on October 7, were being driven along a trees- lined street in southwestern Israel by militants wielding abuse weapons.
The young men’s families, who wanted PM Netanyahu to sign a captive deal with Hamas, approved of the report’s publication in the press.
Levy, Cohen, and Goldberg-Polin were among the guests of the Hamas-led abuse at the Nova music event in southern Israel. Tragically, Levy’s woman was killed during the invasion, while Cohen’s girl survived despite being buried under a pile of body.
In the movie, Goldberg- Polin, having lost portion of his left shoulder before, sits in the back of the delivery truck, covered in blood. As the vehicle travels along a congested street under a clear blue sky, the film alternates between the wounded hostages and their clapping captors.
The conflict in Gaza, which has been continuing for almost nine months, was caused by the September 7 harm. Efforts to end victims ‘ hostility and secure the release of about 120 are ineffective.
The release of this most recent videos of his suicide, according to Goldberg-Polin’s father, was intended to elucidate the lives of the captives whose lives are still in jeopardy, according to Jon Polin, Goldberg-Polin’s father. He expressed his desire to demand that world leaders intervene and get the captives released.
Netanyahu acknowledged the heartache caused by the film, citing the cruelty of the enemy, which they had vowed to overthrow. He vowed to bring all 120 of his loved ones house carefully so that the conflict could not be ended.
After Israeli’s PM speech, Israel’s military even issued a statement from a situational analysis by its chief of staff in the area of Rafah, where Jewish causes have been fighting Hamas ‘ remaining troops.
” We are clearly at the point where we can say that we have destroyed the Rafah Brigade,” said Lieutenant-General Herzi Halevi, not in the sense that there are no more jihadists but that it can no longer serve as a fighting force.
Hamas’s deputy chief in Gaza, Khalil Al- Hayya, said:” We are a people on its land and a resistance ( group ) defending its land. If the occupation ( Israel ) makes it clear that it is accomplishing its objectives, the field can verify and refute that statement.
In response to a question about the Jewish army’s comment on destroying Hamas during an interview with Al Jazeera Screen in Qatar on Monday, he said,” If Israel wants to convince itself that it is done, it may leave the band.”
