Even though it’s only weeks away, my colleague Stephen Green and I were talking about the fact that neither of us is entirely convinced that the first 2024 conversation between Donald Trump and Joe Biden will take place. Nothing should ever be ruled out in this most absurd of poll times, as we have frequently discussed. If it does materialize as scheduled, Stephen will be doing one of his famous lived VodkaPundit Drunkblogs.  ,
Matt wrote a VIP publish yesterday that questioned whether the Biden plan was attempting to persuade Trump to back down. That would undoubtedly remain the best situation for Biden and his associates. They are undoubtedly hoping to retake the Basement Strategy from 2020, but doing so would be much harder to do.  ,

In his upcoming debate with Joe Biden on Thursday, Donald Trump wo n’t be handling the president, but he will also have Jake Tapper and Dana Bash serve as moderators.
When Trump representative Karoline Leavitt appeared on CNN on Monday and just so happened to mention their discrimination, anchor Kasie Hunt had an overall meltdown on the atmosphere. Turner and Bash are about as anti-Trump as you get.
Hunt insisted that both Tapper and Bash were “professionals” when Lake claimed that Trump was “going into a hostile atmosphere on this very networking with discussion editors who have made their thoughts about him very well known over the past eight times.”

My view of Tapper is well known, and Dana Bash is extremely terrible. As I previously reported last week, I ca n’t for the life of me understand why Trump and his team chose to give CNN the desperately needed boost in ratings that the network’s hacks ca n’t generate on their own. Even Trump’s people are experiencing some lender’s grief.
Trump’s performance in this discussion is hardly significant. The victory bar for Biden will be so low that his supporters in the mainstream media does not have a problem making a fictionalized version of what transpires on Thursday night. The” low fakes” Karine Jean-Pierre has been complaining about did eventually start to appear. It’s Biden’s persons who will be creating them, yet.  ,
Everything about this debate was created to support Biden. I’m surprised that they did n’t push to make it a Zoom call.  ,

No wonder the Biden team arrived at Camp David thus early to prepare for the conversation. To prepare the leader against former President Donald Trump as best as they could, the White House summoned all of the best Democratic strategists and advisers. They must ensure Biden can remain for at least 90 hours before they can examine any of their assault lines or soundbites praising this administration’s lack of congressional experience.

I’m not convinced that Team Biden will be able to take off a repeat of the State of the Union address, despite what I wrote last month. President LOLEightyonemillion was reading a staged speech from a script that day, which was almost four months ago. Additionally, there is the fact that his mental and physical collapse has significantly accelerated in recent months.  ,
Which is why they’re making an effort to place him on a pulpit. The key to success will likely be that if he manages to survive the whole controversy and does n’t fall, the MSM may be repeatedly assured that the old man is prepared to leave.  ,
