Bam Margera, a past” Jackass” sun, admitted to two counts of disorderly conduct in connection with a previous year incident where he was accused of assaulting his brother and using terrorism against other family members.

The other claims against Margera were dropped as part of Wednesday’s appeal deal. He was given a six-month probationary period, a$ 50 fine, and random drug tests throughout his probationary period.

A legitimate story that dates back to April 2023 is brought to a close by the appeal. Following what officials called a physical altercation at the pro-skater’s Chester County residence known as Castle Bam, Pennsylvania State Police issued a warrant for Margera’s arrest that quarter.

In an affidavit, Margera’s nephew, Jesse Margera, said Bam Margera had banged on his sealed room door, and left a notice threatening him if he called the police. Afterwards, Jesse Margera explained that he afterwards confronted his brother after discovering him urinating in a kitchen sink.

Bam Margera, his brother said, even threatened to kill everyone in the Pocopson Township home, and fled the scene before officers arrived.

Margera turned himself in to Chester County government after a dayslong seek, and he was charged with criminal offenses including violent threats, simple assault, and abuse.

With an look set for 9 a. m., Margera arrived in Chester County Common Pleas Judge Patrick Carmody’s court around 9: 15 a. m., accompanied by several of his counsel and his family, Dannii Marie.

Margera sat in the final row of seats while sporting a fitted black clothing with the terms” Ghost Face” emblazoned across the back. He appeared to be having a good time as he sat in a whisper with his staff. April and Phil Margera, Bam’s families, were manifest as their brother stood before the judge.

When asked if Carmody had” threatening connections” with his brother, Margera agreed with him. According to the prosecution, Jesse and other community members agreed with the petition bargains, who did not show up in court.

William Brennan, one of Margera’s counsel, said ahead of the appeal that the acts amounted to “glorified driving cards”.

Margera, however, called the affair a “wake- up call”, offering a small but profound message after Carmody read the terms of his appeal.

Margera remarked about the legal proceedings, which he attributed to his protracted sobriety, saying,” It definitely cleaned up my act.”

Carmody agreed with Margera’s views, saying that over his many visits to the Chester County Justice Center for deliberations, he had watched Bam see another sessions of those afflicted by habit.

” It’s had the effect” of Margera” no using”, Carmody said.

Margera has long struggled with alcoholism and chemical abuse, frequently revealing how often his battle with the disorder manifests in public. Numerous media reports have documented his moves between and away from rehab facilities.

After officers arrived at the Radnor Hotel to get Margera with an reported blood alcohol level of 0.18, he was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct in Delaware County most recently, in August. Eventually, those accusations were dropped, and Margera maintains that he has been drinking for almost a month.

April, Margera’s family, told reporters outside the court Wednesday that her brother was “doing actually nicely” amid his constitutional issues.

” We all love him, and we just want him to complete great”, April Margera said. ” He’s been through a lot in his life. He’s had a lot of exposure and he’s had a lot of energy, and it’s hard to come over from that”.

According to April Margera, Bam and Jesse Margera have not yet begun speaking to one another. But, she said, the couple will “work through it”.

” They’ve always been nearer, but it’s hard”, she said. ” Addiction is difficult. Drugs and alcohol are difficult, and it does a lot to you”.

In court, but, Carmody offered Margera a harsh warning about his parole.

” You screw up in the next six weeks and I’ll put you in jail”, he said.
