Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson Still Won’t Say The Word ‘Woman’

The justice who received a nomination for the Supreme Court based on her culture and gender had previously refused to acknowledge females in her brief tenure on the higher court. In her cooperating judgment in Moyle v. United States, which she claims to represent, she was tight to the women.

Jackson joined Chief Justice John Roberts and Justices Amy Coney Barrett, Brett Kavanaugh, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan in deciding to punt a ruling on the Biden administration’s attempt to twist the 1986 Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act ( EMTALA ) to advance its abortion extremism in pro- life states. Additionally, she wrote a counterargument, asserting that women were particularly at risk by Idaho’s well-known saving rules. She also declined to read the word “women.”

Instead of using the medically accurate brand used to describe the distinctive humans created to conceive and give birth, Jackson narrowed the most adverse effects by Idaho’s legislation and the regime’s EMTALA expansion to “pregnant patients” throughout her eight-page opinion.

” Today’s selection is not a triumph for female patients in Idaho. It is wait. Pregnant women who have emergency medical conditions are kept in a perilous place, according to Jackson, while this Court dawdles and the state waits.

Jackson did n’t just do a disservice to ladies by claiming that Idaho’s pro- living laws, which has saved hundreds of lives, caused a “months- much catastrophe”. She also snubbed them when she lied about the kind of treatment they and their unborn children are entitled to receive in red states with life-saving safeguards during any pregnancy-related crisis.

This Court had the opportunity to provide quality and clarity to this dreadful circumstance, and we wasted it. And for as long as we refuse to consider what the rules requires, female patients in Idaho, Texas, and abroad will be paying the price”, she wrote.

Jackson reinforced the Biden administration’s claim that women must choose between preserving their newborn children from birth to avoid complications like hypertension, preterm premature fracture of the membranes, sepsis, and maternal abruption.

In fact, many women and children have avoided that myth and escaped childbirth complications with appropriate medical care that prioritizes saving both life.

Jackson was confirmed to the U.S. Supreme Court in 2022 despite the fact that she is” not a biologist” and refused to define what a woman is.

Since joining the great chair, the smooth- on- perverts fairness has used feigned knowledge and the revision communist activism present in her “patients”- for- “women” language swap in her rulings and reasonings.

The racial action hire argued in favor of administrative racism in June 2023. Soon after that, as the media and Democrats began to criticize Republican-nominated justices for perfectly legal deeds they deemed “unethical,” Jackson committed a lot of ethics violations.

Jackson complained about the Constitution during her most recent court hearing, when completely failing to defend Democrat and business advertising talking details about Jan. 6.
