President Joe Biden’s efficiency at the CNN Presidential Discussion against previous President , Donald Trump , has some questioning whether he should be the Democratic nominee for president.
Numerous people took to social media to demand that Biden be replaced as the Democratic Party candidate just before the November general election after witnessing Biden’s numerous linguistic blunders on Thursday night during the conversation.
Former 2020 Democrat political candidate , Andrew Yang , posted to X, the site previously known as Twitter, urging , Democrats , to “nominate one more — before it’s too late”.
People joined in, calling on the Democratic Party to replace Biden, including liberal media pundit , Ann Coulter , and , U. S.  , Sen.  , Ted Cruz , ( R- Texas ). Cruz posted to X that he believes” the odds are now 80 % that the , Dems , dump Biden”.
However, replacing Biden is not that easy. Because he won the May Presidential Preference Primary election, members to the , Democratic National Convention , are pledged to support him for the election. Plus, the group laws discourage challenging incumbent , Democrats , within the group.
The Democrat National Convention , may be held in August. That’s when the party may actually find its nominee for president.
The problem was a major topic of discussion for , CNN , participants after the conversation ended Thursday evening. Social analyst , Van Jones, a special assistant to former President , Barack Obama, called Biden’s conversation efficiency “painful” and suggested he may move away.
” I love , Joe Biden. I worked for , Joe Biden. He did n’t do well at all”, Jones , said on , CNN. He is doing his best, but he had a test to take afternoon to regain trust in both the nation and the bottom, and he was in vain not doing so.
If he will help us to do that, there is still time for this group to find a different course of action.
According to Charles Bullock, a professor of political science at the , University of Georgia, members who were pledged to Trump through the major vote operation would then be free to help another applicant at the agreement if Biden chose to remove.
After the agreement, the choice would go to people of the , Democratic National Committee.
Delegates may also alter their alliances at the agreement if Biden did not consent to step away, but things could get messy, according to Bullock.
The way forward with another applicant is considerably less clear unless Biden steps away.
Democrats , in , Georgia , remained firm in supporting Biden after the debate , while avoiding concerns about whether Biden may let someone else work.
” The people I’m talking to in the position of , Georgia, they’re not focused on design. They’re thinking about their communities. They’re thinking about whether or not they may afford care so they can get to work,” said Georgia , U. S.  , Sen.  , Raphael Warnock.
” Joe Biden has earned the respect of the American people,”  , Atlanta , Mayor , Andre Dickens , said”. You know, now is one day. Over the past three and a half decades, Biden has demonstrated that he is in the same boat as the British people.
