    Exclusive Interview: Second Victim of Bachelor False Accuser Speaks Out!

    The lady who filed a parentage match against former Bachelor Clayton Echard in “bad belief,” Laura Owens, who was later identified as “uncreditable” and who admitted fabricating evidence, has taken to Medium to voice her endless dissatisfaction with the “unfair” therapy she is receiving from the general public. Despite having a lawyer ( who does n’t appear to have counseled her to remain silent while she’s under investigation by the county attorney’s office for perjury and evidence tampering, ) Owens is talking to anyone who will listen and trying to convince the world that she is the true victim and not the three men who were dragged through court and made to believe they fathered twins with her. &nbsp,

    In reality, Owens, who perjured herself bravely under oath in front of at least three courts, continues to tell lies about the people she targeted for common loss. Michael Marraccini, one of them, has been suffering for about ten years from Owens ‘ false claims. Marraccini written Owens for two times when they both lived in the San Francisco area in 2015. In the end, Owens was the subject of a TedX discussion about the reported “abuse” she claims Marraccini experienced while dating him. Marraccini tells a little different story. He sat down with me after Judge Mata’s ruling was made to discuss his existence and the impact it had had on him.

    ” Monday was very surreal”, he said. It was a poignant moment for us, I do declare. I woke up in bed to Clayton’s words”. Marraccini woke up his wife and read the good information to her. ” My wife was still sleeping and I woke her up and we both started crying, to be honest with you. There were a lot of joyful grief.

    Marraccini still has an empty restraining order against him that was filed by Owens, who keeps renewing it claiming to be in danger. Judges believed her despite the fact that she provided no proof that Marraccini is a dangerous person other than her outrageous legends. &nbsp,

    Marraccini continued,” Justice had suddenly pulled through.” ” I feel like the first Domino fell, so it was a time where I felt vindicated from the judgement yesterday. But ultimately, it was excellent for us three people to be able to unite and achieve that decision because we were hoping for it.

    The second guy is Greg Gillespie, whom Owens accused of “abortion force” after he refused to comply with her expectations to meeting her in exchange for an contraception of alleged sisters. Owens often repeats the maternity story. It’s usually twins and a connection is secure an contraception, but rejecting her present of a partnership condemns her mark for countless destructive litigation and harassment.

    After navigating a very stressful fake pregnancy ( with twins ) and abortion drama, Owens did n’t charge him of domestic violence or rape until after his breakup with her. Although my wife and family have questioned me on occasion because of how compelling Owens is, I will never do that. he said. I was raised with all people, which is why the connection I felt stale for so long. I was trying to be kind. I tried my best to be there for her physically, but I always did. Marraccini continued,” There were instances where I was absolutely frustrated … but I was not physically abusive or physically aggressive. I would always do my best to ensure that the person did n’t hurt themselves.”

    Like Echard testified in court, Owens even threatened to commit suicide many times while she was dating Marraccini. He remained in the relationship for longer than he desired to become. ” I would talk to my family about it and they were kind of naive as well and they would say’ I ca n’t imagine why somebody would lie about these things so try and stick with her’ and it finally got to the point where like the stories just were n’t making sense” .&nbsp,

    Marraccini described his connection with Owens as” constant turmoil and chaos.” Text emails extracted by a criminal expert show a style of Owens using health emergencies to preserve Marraccini in the marriage. Owens claimed to become pregnant with twins a few months after the two began dating. She then made and canceled several sessions for an abortion, while berating Marraccini for not being a great “teammate”. After Owens claimed she had an abortion, she later claimed it did n’t work, putting Marraccini through the nightmare of appointments made and canceled. &nbsp,

    Therefore the tales of cervical cancer made their way into the story. Owens claimed she needed an egg removed due to cancer. She gave Marraccini copies of letters she claimed were from her physicians telling her to support her partner. &nbsp,

    Owens argued in the court case that those records were n’t authentic and did n’t originate from her. The forensic examination showed then. Owens then claims she has both eggs and never had cancer, but Marraccini recalls it significantly different and his assertion is confirmed by words emails sent between the two.

    Owens is the daughter of famous San Francisco television talk show host Ronn Owens who left the atmosphere after a Parkinson’s diagnosis some years ago. Echard was recently accused of racism by Ronn Owens for labeling his daughter as” a pest” and “like a cockroach.” The state of Jewish identity came as a shock to many who have followed the Owens home. &nbsp,

    Laura is reported to have attended Catholic class and made several references to Christianity in her text messages to all three patients. Evidence from her horse riding events reveal that she requested a Christmas break but never Hannukah. The Owens family may be Jewish, but the people who know them did n’t know about it. How Echard would know if his family did n’t, according to the statement. &nbsp,

    Ronn Owens and Marraccini had a romantic connection, also. In a shocking collection of text messages between the ex- television host and Marraccini, Owens begged his daughter’s boyfriend to save her from self- harm in a deceptive exchange. &nbsp,

    Laura’s continuous threats of self- damage throughout the relationship with Marraccini took a toll on him and kept him in an angry relationship for much longer than he wanted.

    ” I can tell you that at Christmas 2016 when she was talking about how this is going to be her next vacation with her father and to satisfy be about, and I’m certainly dealing with my dying dad who ultimately passed away a few months later,” Marraccini said. ” I just remember she was always trying to wiggle some personal vegetable uh to try to get me caught up in and it was really tough thinking again on it”.

    Marraccini claims that Laura began to appear everywhere Owens went after their relationship ended. He became concerned and called the police but before he could get an order of no contact, Owens filed for a restraining order against him alleging horrific acts of violence. One of the allegations was that one of her TedX talk, which she claimed gave her epilepsy, had choked her into unconsciousness. &nbsp,

    However, Owens claimed in text messages to Marraccini that she had her first seizure in May 2017 and that she thought it was the result of a car accident.

    PJ Media reached out to TED for comment but received no response at the time of publishing. Owens ‘ accusations against Marraccini and the restraining order she obtained in a situation that Marracccini claims was conducted under false pretenses have had an enormous impact on him. &nbsp,

    Marraccini claimed that the Me Too movement was at its height. ” My attorney was like ‘ Listen, it’s very easy they just hand out restraining orders like hotcakes to anybody. You’re never going to win this, and what I believe the goal should be is to get rid of it in two years. I also believe that I should hope that she finds happiness in someone else and that she forgets about me, which is what my original game plan was.

    Marraccini regrets not fighting harder against the restraining order now. ” Obviously, that was a bad decision, and another victim, Greg Gillespie,” he said, “also learned that being defensive is not the best way to handle this.” Clayton had it right about being on the offense”.

    After the restraining order was issued, Marraccini struggled to find and keep jobs. ” I remember being pulled into HR almost immediately after the restraining order was filed in 2018″, he told PJ Media. They said they were called and things were raised that were disturbing, so I was escorted into the room. I was let go probably a couple of months after that”, he said. I believe that was the primary reason because it was n’t performance-related or anything like that; instead, they also claimed that several people had called in, so I assume it was her and a family member who had called into my business.”

    Owens tried to harass him by showing up in person at his work as well. I then requested that my employer out of the building for her.

    Marraccini believes he was passed over for many jobs due to the restraining order calling him a domestic abuser. It’s really hard to prove, but when you go through the hiring process, you get to the point of meeting with the hiring managers and get to the point of conducting references checks, which are where they reach out to your former managers and old coworkers as well as conduct your background checks at the same time,” he said. ” I would get to the reference check … and then I would n’t get a call- back”.

    ” It got to the point where I could n’t apply to the large companies because their background checks were too thorough. I had to go for like the smaller companies”, Marraccini told PJ Media. Because of this, I’ll never be able to find employment with the largest corporations in the world, which is painful because I had to compete in the final round for some of their ideal positions and never received them.

    The emotional toll was great for Marraccini. He claimed that it was “absolutely, extremely challenging.” ” I used to cry quite a bit and I do n’t want to cry here, but I used to think my life was ruined because of it and luckily I’ve come out of that but it still affects me to this day when applying for jobs. I hold my breath until the background check is finished.

    Owens continues to renew the restraining order against Marraccini when it comes up even though they live in different states and have had no contact for many years. It is incredible, and it seems like the judge does n’t take your plea,” Hey, listen, I live in a completely different state than she does,” the judge said. I am not anywhere near her,'” he said. I do n’t want to communicate with her, and this is putting strain on my ability to look after my family.

    Marraccini tried to tell the last judge who presided over the restraining order renewal that he is n’t a threat to Owens, but the judge renewed it anyway based on Owens ‘ “feeling threatened”. What does a woman in Arizona need to get a restraining order from a Californian? asked Marraccini. &nbsp,

    During the renewal hearing, Owens claimed Marraccini showed up at her gym and violated the order by being there. Marraccini had proof that he was n’t even in the city where she claimed he was. ” I brought the log of the gym showing I was not there and I was in a completely different city thinking to myself’ Oh, this is a layup, this is her only piece of evidence that I violated the restraining order! I’m going to sabotage this,’ and the judge remarked that he could n’t care less. All Owens had to say was she “felt threatened”, and she was granted the renewal for five more years despite the evidence that her story was false. The restraining order still has effect today.

    There is a serious problem in our court system where women do n’t need to show any evidence of actual threats to get restraining orders against men they wish to harm. Judges should be extra vigilant to protect women in danger, but they should also examine the evidence more carefully before just believing every sob storyteller. Restraining orders have lifelong consequences and should only be used in serious situations where someone is in actual danger. &nbsp,
