A federal law enforcement activity is linked to a harsh Denver apparel store heist earlier this month, according to sources who spoke to FOX31’s partner place in El Paso, Texas.
An armed assault that was carried out on picture on Monday evening at the family-owned Joyeria El Ruby was the target. Eight people robbed the family members inside the store and fiercely attacked them, threatening to kill them, and also taking their personal apparel.
Family people informed FOX31 that Joyeria El Ruby had been thoroughly cleaned in three days. Security cameras captured distinct photos of the defendants, which may have helped law enforcement find them.
A large law enforcement presence was depicted in a movie that was aired to KTSM on Thursday at a Motel 6 in El Paso. As many armed law enforcement officers wearing SWAT gear entered a room with broken windows and handcuffed at least one person, a helicopter flew over.
Homeland Security Investigations confirmed to KTSM that it was operating a rules police vehicle in partnership with its Denver department and Denver Police Department.
Here’s the whole speech from a Homeland Security director:
This evening in El Paso, Homeland Security Investigations ( HSI) El Paso and HSI Denver along with our partners in the Denver Police Department have authorized law enforcement activity. Any additional inquiries regarding this research should be directed to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado.

No further details were immediately made available, despite the reports that the procedure is connected to the jewelry business robbery suspects.
