
Justice Qazi Faez Isa, the chief fairness of Pakistan, said on Saturday that people in the nation were murdered in the name of honor without providing the Muslim requirement of having four witnesses in cases of prostitution.
The Chief Justice stated at a convention on” Access to Justice for All” that the law mandates women’s representation in all industries.
He lamented the Muslim community’s disregard for social background and blasted the abuse of honor deaths in the name of honor. He said according to Islamic doctrines,” the condition of four testimony is needed ( to show the act of adultery )”.
He added that it is against Islamic law and legal precedent in Pakistan to accuse a lady of adultering. He continued, adding that he had never heard anyone punished for unjustly accusing a girl of adultery.” Accusing or desecrating a woman is punished by 80 eyebrows in the Quran,” he said.
