Zartaj Gul, a former minister in Imran Khan’s government and leader of Pakistan, has sparked a row in the Assembly by requesting the Speaker to keep her from eye contact while speaking. Zartaj demanded the Speaker to put on his spectacles before gazing at her in the movie that quickly became popular. Muslim press shared the picture of the recent events.
” I’ve learned to look into the eye,” according to my group officials. If you make eye contact like this, I ca n’t continue speaking. Use your glasses, sir”, Zartaj Gul told Speaker Ayaz Sadiq. ” I am a head. I have got 1.5 million seats. If you do n’t listen to me, I will not be able to speak to you”, Zartaj Gul said.
Making eye contact with a woman does not look good, the Speaker said,” I will talk but will not make eye contact.”
” If you ignore 52 % people like this, then just selected people will come around”, Zartaj Gul said. The Speaker claimed that he does n’t observe women in his own eyes.
Zartaj Gul, a Pakistani politician, served in the Imran Khan government from October 5 to April 10 until Imran Khan was ousted by a no-confidence activity. Between August 2018 and January 2023, she remained a part of the Pakistani National Assembly. In 2024, Zartaj Gul got r- elected in 2024 from Dera Ghazi.
