A 37- yr- ancient illegal alien from El Salvador was arrested after shooting and killing two employees at a Chick- fil- A in Irving, Texas, on Wednesday, state local authorities.

Oved Bernardo Mendoza Argueta, the gunman, was identified by the Irving Police Department. On June 26, he opened fire on employees at the business at around 3:40 PM native period.
According to authorities, the unlawful alien from El Salvador has been accused of multiple counts of capital crime for the affair at the Chick-fil-A.
Mendoza Argueta’s illegal immigration status was confirmed by national immigration government.
Two critically injured victims were discovered inside the Chick-fil-A tower by police officers who were on the field, but EMTs who arrived right away pronounced both dead at the scene later that day issued a statement.
Mendoza Argueta fled the scene before officers arrived after a short manhunt, and the police later located him in his 4-door 1997 Honda during a quick manhunt.

A mugshot after released by Irving, Texas ,authorities, showed a naked Mendoza Argueta with a lifeless vacant gaze on his mouth.
While authorities units conducted the shooting investigation, local news groups reported that displays had been installed in front of some of the windows at the murder scene.
A plane from NBC Dallas Fort Worth, showed dozens of people, including Chick- del- A people, standing in the park bit outside the cafe.
According to police, the outlawed from El Salvador is currently being held in Irving City jail and is awaiting arraignment.
An immigration ejectment was lost with the Irving Police Department on Mendoza, according to a ICE director who spoke to Fox News.
Noncitizens who have been detained by the police are held in emigration detainers.
According to the Immigration and Naturalization Service Dallas/Fort Worth, Mendoza Argueta was placed on an “ICE maintain,” according to the Irving Police Department’s confirmation to Fox News.
According to Irving Police, they gathered sufficient evidence to establish that the defendant had pre-meditated his behavior with the intention of killing.

According to Mendoza Argueta’s imprisonment permit, one of his subjects has been identified as Patricia Portillo.
Due to the fact that their next-of-kin had not yet been informed, the officers have not yet released the name of the next victim.
