The private company that owns the jet claimed an unintentional commercial Chinese rocket exploded in flames after it was inadvertently launched during a ground test on Sunday, escalating into the atmosphere before colliding with a nearby hill.
The Tianlong- 3 jet slammed from its screening platform while its engine structure was being tested, and was then lifted off from its rocket, according to Space Pioneer, the rocket’s owner. Sunday at 3.43 p.m. ( local time ) at a test facility in Gongyi City, in Henan Province, the accident took place. The onboard system quickly shut down after the launch, and the jet fell into a steep place about a mile from the test site, according to the statement. No one was injured, the statement said, adding that the accident site was far from home areas.
