In an address delivered over the weekend, Vice President Kamala Harris mourned the Palestinians in Gaza who were killed in the prosperous Jewish hostage rescue activity this weekend.
Israeli makes claim that Hamas had intended to house the captives in a” human culture.” They added that even the Palestinians who were holding the captives were” citizens” as well.
Back Adm. Daniel Hagari of the IDF said Hamas has been holding hostages inside human structures, including the areas where Israeli troops rescued Noa Argamani, 26, Almog Meir Jan, 22, Shlomi Ziv, 41, and Andrey Kozlov, 27.
” Before I begin, I merely say a few comments about the day, which I know affects all of our souls,” she said.
” On Oct. 7, Hamas committed a brutal murder of 1, 200 honest persons and abducted 250 victims”, she continued. ” Sadly, four of those victims were reunited with their families now. And we mourn the tragic deaths that have occurred in Gaza, including those that have been cruelly lost today.
Four victims who were taken into Gaza by Hamas on October 7 were recovered by the Israeli activity. Harris praised their recovery while speaking to the Michigan Democratic Party, but he lamented the incidents of the Palestinians who Israel has characterized as jihadists.
” We have been working every day to put an end to this issue in a way that guarantees Israel is safe, frees all victims, ends Arab people’s continued suffering, and guarantees that Palestinians you appreciate their dignity, right to self-determination, and freedom,” Harris continued. It’s time for this war to end, President Biden declared next year.
Fox News reports that Hamas-controlled officials in Gaza state that over 270 Zionists were killed during the Jewish operation, but they make no difference between extremists and innocent civilians. Less than 100 people are claimed by Israeli troops.
Jake Sullivan, the White House’s national security adviser, confirmed information on Sunday that at least a number of innocent people had apparently been killed in the procedure.
In a Sunday interview with CNN, Sullivan said,” We the United States are not in a place today to make a definitive statement about the death toll. ” But we do know this: innocent persons were painfully killed in this activity. The exact number we do n’t know, but innocent people were killed”.
” Every day that we see more honest citizens lost is another awful, awful, horrible day”, he added.
