White House says Biden does not have Alzheimer’s and claims cognitive test ‘not warranted’

President Joe Biden does not take a mental and does not have Alzheimer’s disease or delirium, the White House said Tuesday.

Since his delaying, sluggish performance in next week’s political debate, which has sparked conversation about replacing him on the Democratic solution and questions about his general mental state, Biden’s candidacy has been in doubt.

Has the idea of releasing a more powerful set of medical information or a tool to demonstrate his mental capacity been considered? a writer posed a query during the news briefing in the day.

” His group has said it is not warranted in this case”, hit secretary Karine Jean- Pierre responded. ” We have put forth a comprehensive, open annual report on his wellbeing. So they have said that is certainly warranted. It is not important”.

Jean-Pierre frequently referred to a February statement by Biden’s personal doctor, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, which concluded that the president” continues to be fit for duty and entirely discharges all of his responsibilities without any exceptions or accommodations.”

Following the discussion at the argument, some reporters asked if a new check or actual was required, and the hit secretary responded that the solution was no.

” The president has regular monthly checkup that we release”, she said. ” And a detailed review. We’re going to proceed to do that”.

Democrats have begun to talk in secret, with Rep. Lloyd Doggett (D-TX ) urging Biden to leave the race and Rep. Jared Golden (D-ME) predicting that former US president Donald Trump will win.

Jean-Pierre fought back against the idea that Biden should have a doctor perform a second test, claiming that O’Connor had been to the Atlanta debate with him and that he did n’t believe a second test was necessary. She also said February “was n’t too long ago. It was indeed this month”.

Another writer asked if Biden, 81, has Alzheimer’s, memory, or any other type of chronic illness that may cause psychological errors.

” I have an answer for you: Are you ready for it”? Jean- Pierre responded. ” It’s a little. And I hope you’re asking the other person the same exact problem”.
