Brinton’s dear- pie statement includes the following “punishments:”
- Brinton must register for an older escape plan,
- He must go through mental health treatment.
- He is required to complete 50 days of community service in the old ‘ care.
- He also needs to apologize to those whose belongings he stole in a letter of apology.

When she saw images of Khamsin wearing her outfit in photos taken at public events, she slapped Brinton with a coin. Brinton’s fashion prowess were previously praised by Vanity Fair for his style prowess when he was wearing a dress Khamsin had stolen.
Brinton and his attorney declined to comment on the statement. Brinton’s “husband”  , told a Free Beacon reporter to “go away”.
