
Attorney General Mansoor Awan was given the order on Monday from the Supreme Court of Pakistan to address the concerns of the May 9 riot defendants ‘ people who claimed they had had no access to fulfill the prisoners. A seven-member chair issued the order during the reading on the petitions from the military courts against the test of civilians who were involved in the May 9 shootings last year, according to Geo News.
The violent demonstrations that broke out in various parts of the country on May 9 through to May 10 will be referred to as the “may 9 through to 2023” events that occurred in the country following Imran Khan’s incarceration in an alleged bribery case.
Following the arrest of Khan, the Pakistan Tehreek- e- Insaf ( PTI ) party leader, his followers attacked and ransacked government and military setups, prompting the government to consider the protesters in military courts.

The judge therefore moved the hearing to July 11 instead.
After objections were made against the six-member committee, the peak jury in May had referred the subject to the Procedure Committee for reconstruction of the chair.
A larger chair should remain constituted in light of Justice Mansoor Ali Shah and Justice Yahya Afridi’s statement, according to applicant former chief justice Jawad S. Khawaja’s attorney Khawaja Ahmad Hasan, who opposed the chair.
