Some might argue that Biden did n’t majorly flub his appearance at the NATO summit on Wednesday, but he did n’t help himself either. His performance here does n’t give you any reason to feel confident in him once more if you’re a Democrat worried about how he will handle the next few months of the campaign.  ,
It’s a big issue if this is Biden’s best performance at an event after he told people to watch him in motion. He tells us to determine him based on this, and he is demonstrating his unmistakable stiffness and vacant gaze by reading his text.
