A group of left-wing strength agents have formed a supposedly “nonpartisan” “task power” to control the narrative around the 2024 election.
The National Task Force on Election Crises is a task of the left-wing Protect Democracy Project, a prosecution class created to “oppose” former President Donald Trump’s procedures, according to InfluenceWatch. The organization presents itself as a disinterested “task power” of election professionals working to advance what it refers to as “democracy.”

The only democratic outcomes the job force advocates for are free, honest, and secure elections”.
However, it seems as though this “task force” might be more involved with political vengeance and censorship than right elections administration.
The group aims to control election discourse on social media, with recommendations to “downgrade or delete” what it deems to be election “disinformation” from media platforms, “hand-pick or remove trending lists”, and prevent supposed “disinformation about voting options and the validity of election results” . ,
The work force also aims to “hold candidates and their attorneys responsible” for what it claims are “bad-faith or silly legal challenges” involving election management, and” continue to pursue responsibilities for those who committed judicial acts on and leading up to January 6″.
Following Trump’s statement in Washington D.C. on January 6, the organization called for his removal from office and declared him an “imminent threat to our country.” The group claimed Trump tried to “overturn the results of a free and fair election” and called for his “remov]al ] from office” via “impeachment and/or potential invocation of the 25th Amendment”.

Implications Going Forth
If the task force’s public rant against one of the two presidential candidates in 2024 and its calls for censorship and law enforcement to stifle speech are n’t enough evidence that it is n’t an impartial arbitrator of “free and fair elections,” then its membership list should be.  ,
