Siddhant Vitthal Patil, an American programmer who drowned in Glacier National Park, USA, is presumed useless. His mother was informed by his family that he texted her from the garden moments before the tragedy.
Siddhant called his mom Priti from the park last Friday to tell her that he had spent three days it with six other American friends and that he was enjoying the trip, according to his maternal uncle Pritesh Chaudhari, who spoke to PTI.
Siddhant, 26, also texted his family two days before the event, saying he would be returning to San Jose, where he worked with Cadence Design Systems, in three days.
His companions gave park rangers and other authorities assistance in the search by providing his iPhone’s Serial numbers. However, this has not yielded any benefits so much.
Siddhant’s families, Priti and Vitthal, who retired from Maharashtra’s water office in May, are in horror and unable to communicate, Chaudhari said.
Siddhant had provided my amount as a phone to the US authorities, according to Chaudhari, who called me after the event. Since Monday, he has been in contact with the embassy.
Officials from Maharashtra, including Sharad Pawar and Devendra Fadnavis, have requested the president’s support. For changes on the hunt activity, Union Minister Murlidhar Mohol from Pune is in contact with External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar.
Siddhant went to the US in 2020 to pursue his MS from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA ). He signed up for Cadence in 2023.
Despite flying searches by planes, Siddhant’s system has not been located. Officials believe the system may be entrapped by submerged objects like rocks and fallen trees. Rangers are keeping an eye on the location and attempting to recover river specific products.
A helicopter was flown to discover the system, but the work was ineffective. Siddhant is presumed dying by regulators.
