NAIROBI: A total of eight body, all of them female, have been recovered so far from a dumpsite in a Nairobi tenement, Kenya’s acting authorities captain said on Sunday.
According to Douglas Kanja, who spoke at a press conference,” they were greatly dismembered in various decomposition state and left in baskets.”
The bodies of two additional people were discovered on Saturday, according to Kanja, and the first six corpses were discovered on Friday.
” I would like to inform the people that we are committed to conducting clear, thorough and swift examinations”, he added.
Kanja even advocated for public assistance in the case,” so that we bring the convicted of these horrible acts to justice.”
In response to public outcry over the deaths of dozens of protesters last month during anti-government presentations, Kanja assumed control of the organization only this week after the departure of federal officers key Japhet Koome.
