A 5-year-old baby son lost his life after his foster family, Juanita Pinon, 40, reportedly left him trapped inside a car for seven days in sweltering 89-degree warmth in Nebraska, according to police information. According to the New York Post, this is the tenth hot-car accident in the US this time.
Dionicio Perez, the young survivor, was discovered at a hospital with a body temperature of 105 deg. She afterward died.
According to police, it appears that the baby was left unprotected inside of a car for an extended period of time at this time, according to a release from the police.
Pinon, who has a criminal history dating back to 2016, reportedly parked her car in the parking lot outside the shop where she worked before moving on, leaving the child inside the blistering SUV. Perez’s passing, whether intentionally or tragically, is still a mystery.
On Thursday, Pinon was detained and charged with child abuse by carelessness, which led to his death, according to a police statement released.
It was also reported that the teen’s biological parents, Pablo Lopez, and his wife, Jenny, had apparently sought prison of their child, but the condition had assured them that he was in good hands.
