A letter by Rep. Jim Banks (R-Ind. ) claims that the United States Air Force is continuing to push the Biden administration’s diversity, equity, and inclusion ( DE I agenda ) in direct violation of federal law.
In a text obtained by The Daily Wire, Banks addressed Alex Wagner, the Air Force’s Assistant Secretary for Manpower & Reserve Affairs, claiming that the Air Force had fabricated the rules governing the Defense Department’s ability to fill any La opportunities.
Banks, who serves as the chairman of the House Subcommittee on Military Personnel, wrote,” Rather than following the law, it appears that the Air Force has just rebranded DEI”.
The Daily Wire reported that Banks’s text comes as the U. S. military directs the 2024 NDAA’s restrictions against fresh DEI initiatives. The NDAA of this year contained provisions intended to prevent President Joe Biden from carrying out its La agenda.
The Biden government’s drive to create La offices and support DEI and critical race theory guidelines in the federal government led to the DEI restrictions, according to The Daily Wire. The outlet reported that Biden’s Department of Defense has given DEI initiatives a higher priority over DEI initiatives and also requested$ 270 million for DEI initiatives in the years 2022, 2023, and 2024.

Businesses referenced a military training program called” Supporting Structural Equality,” which was led by a consulting company called Team Triad and held at Ramstein Air Base as well as other military deployments in his letter to the Air Force. To assist Air Force people “recognize the importance of autonomy & capital” and “understand what it means to be an supporter,” The education was intended to “highlight the benefits of diversity and equality” and according to The Daily Wire.
Banks warned that the Air Force’s “achieved by the Air Force is an attempt to break the law’s distinct intention: It is merely contracted out its La training.
Businesses told The Daily Wire that American officials who prioritize the Biden administration’s “woke plan” over federal laws are “in for a harsh awakening”.
