You may soon become waving farewell to either of them, and Ronald Reagan when referred to the noise as” the concrete cracking around my legs.” But I’ll come back to that in just a minute.

First, I must remind you that a few years ago, progressives in Canada established Medical Assistance in Dying ( MAID), a euthanasia program that they claimed would only be available to seriously seriously ill people who were in great pain and had no hope of regaining their lives. Since next, MAID has been expanded to involve turning the lights down, always, for people suffering from depression, hunger, and the grief of halitosis.
I MAID up that last one ( heh ) but the first two have happened.
Democrats, or Progressives, introduced their own euthanasia program, called Medically Assisted Political Suicide ( MAPS) this week. Unlike MAID, MAPS is barely targeted. It’s aimed at just one man, really. One Joseph Robinette Biden Jr.

Hollywood bigwig Jeffrey Katzenberg met with Biden in Las Vegas on Wednesday, according to a Liz Hoffman/Ben Smith ladle for Semafor. According to reports, he reportedly told Biden that “major donors have all but stopped writing the kind of great assessments that sustain activities in the home expand.”
That’s according to the common “people familiar with the matter”.
Katzenberg issued a semi-denial, but” Democratic donors have been personally wringing their hands for days” because” the Trump campaign had$ 240 million in the second third, versus , Trump’s$ 285 million, and that was before the conversation kicked off concerns about his ability to run and win”.

Here’s where things get all secretive.

On Tuesday, Biden told BET that he’d consider dropping out” If I had some medical condition that emerged, if somebody, if doctors came to me and said, you got this problem and that problem …” ( he kinda trailed off ). After meeting with Katzenberg, Biden took a COVID test and boarded Air Force One — terribly, quietly and using the Little Boy steps to spend a week recuperating at his Delaware home.
That same day, I believe while Biden was still in the atmosphere, another report surfaced that Biden had become personally “receptive” to dropping out, despite his open intolerance.
Biden was next seen leaving Air Force One in Delaware, evidently near the end of his rope.
He is n’t masked. He is n’t distancing.  ,
My friend and colleague Stephen Kruiser and I have been fighting for three years that Biden would not leave the conversation, and apart from a few moments of swaying after the conversation crisis and once more next month, my feet have been set in concrete on this matter.
The cement cracking around my foot makes a noise that you can speak. Is it even probable for Biden to be in the Senate and House Dem caucuses as the cash is drying up? Or has MAPS been sent to the elderly person who is ailing?

This black tweet will make those in the know laugh out loud, and I’ll then reveal the positive news.
This most recent issue has been handled pretty smartly by the Republican National Convention. Yes, Biden’s aging is an problem. More than that, it’s a national and international crises. But it’s Biden’s policies that the next management has change, not his time. And the RNC pounding away at one failed Biden plan after another for some of the best parts of Wednesday evening.
That will make it easier for Trump-Vance and the full RNC equipment to target Biden’s replacement, who will probably get many younger…
… perhaps thought their ideas will be no healthier.
