The sponsors who have largely contributed to the Biden-Harris battle were thus spooked by Biden’s fatal conversation performance that they stopped writing investigations and threatened to withdraw funds until Joe Biden was replaced.  ,
Had Harris be willing to calm them down and unite behind Biden, or would Harris send a different message? Maybe a revolt?  ,
The vice chairman and important voter outreach leaders would be present at the meeting, according to an email from it tycoon Reid Hoffman, a big donor to the Democratic Party. In the tense of the latest political cycle, Hoffman stressed the importance of staying focused on preserving politics.
Facts have been provided for the phone right now.
According to the New York Times, the call included roughly 300 sponsors, and” several viewers said they found the meeting nevertheless to be of little value and even, at times, condescending, believing that the information ignored donors ‘ legitimate concerns about the Biden-led solution”.
Kamala Harris tried to connect Project 2025 to Donald Trump during a video interview that reportedly lasted just over five minutes. She only briefly mentioned Joe Biden, but she refused to pose any questions. Harris argued that Trump’s speech was a distraction from both his track record and the significance of the election. While some listeners found her speech powerful, it did n’t much to reassure them.  ,

In fact, some seemed to find the entire call insulting.
One organization that had already promoted it in advance apologized to its members after the call.
” Not surprisingly, there was no news generated on this call, and instead, it was a pitch for donors to continue to invest in groups on the ground who are working to defeat Donald Trump”, read an email from Corridor Partners, which advises donors focused on climate issues. The vice president” speaked very briefly and urged us all to keep working hard to win in November.”
The email, which was viewed by The New York Times, added,” The call was not productive, and we wanted to apologize to each of you who joined for sharing that invitation”.
Leaders from progressive organizations like Somos Votantes expressed concern that discussions about Joe Biden’s viability were putting pressure on their efforts and not keeping with voters ‘ priorities, such as the economy, before Kamala Harris joined the call. They argued that there was a disconnect between the public’s opinions and those of the elite. However, after Harris finished speaking, one participant, who was accidentally unmuted, described the call as “ludicrous”.
