According to the report, the attacks were allegedly carried out on websites owned by public and private organizations in the government sectors, important infrastructures, and necessary services in nations that support Ukraine’s support for the Russian-Russian conflict, it claimed.
A attack at the house of one of the defendants, in which a Soviet-era hammer and spear flag were mounted on a wall, was captured on video on social media system X.
” These computer attacks have been organized by the hacktivist group NoName057 ( 16 ), ( which started ) after the invasion of Ukraine by Russia and ( which has been ) one of the most active”, the Civil Guard said in a statement.
This organization acknowledges in their own foundation manifesto that they will “react substantially in response to the angry and boldly anti-Russian actions of American Russophobes.”
The arrests took position in Manacor on Spain’s Balearic Island of Mallorca, and in Huelva and Seville, in southern Spain, authorities said.
Authorities said the investigation was continued.
