Joe Biden was seen for the first time since getting diagnosed with COVID-19, and for the first time since resigning as the Democrat nominee for 2024.
He was seen emerging from a vehicle at Dover, Delaware, and walking to Air Force One, bound for Washington, D. C. He smiled and gave a thumbs up to reporters but did n’t take any questions.
Biden had n’t been seen for a week, raising concerns. On Monday, he did visit in to a rally for Vice President Kamala Harris and offered his assistance for her plan.
