Donald Trump, the Republican presidential candidate, announced on Tuesday that he will sponsor Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida, on Friday.
” Looking forward to welcoming Bibi Netanyahu at Mar-a-Lago”, Trump wrote in a social media post, referring to his secret club and home.
Their first meeting since Trump’s assassination comes amid tensions between Netanyahu and Democratic President Joe Biden over Israel’s ongoing fight with Hamas in Gaza.
