The group that promises to be the party’s representative for democracy is about to re-enter the room to vote for a political candidate.  ,
The Democrat Party Machine is moving to coronate Vice President Kamala Harris as the candidate of choice following this week’s announcement that President Joe Biden is leaving the race for president because he’s unfit to run ( but oddly not leaving office ). However, more than 14 million citizens cast ballots for Biden in the major time this year, with more than 99 percent of the party’s pledged members still in place a month later.  ,
No worries, declare the DNC powers-that-be. We’ll just offer Biden’s vote to the vice president because she is only about as well-liked as red eye, the ambassador of laugh, and that is because she is also about as well-liked as Joe Biden.
Former Federal Election Commission part and Heritage Foundation poll law specialist Hans von Spakovsky said in an interview that” they are going to overturn the verdict of Democrat voters in all of the says.” ” They’re making it more like the kind of conventions we used to have in this country, with smoke-filled, backroom deals” . ,
” Fast Embraced”
Less than a month before the Democratic National Convention in Chicago, the Democrats ‘ campaign to strengthen power is being conducted with little regard for the laws and the electoral laws in place that govern the process.  ,
The Democratic National Committee has n’t updated the convention homepage since Wednesday morning because things are moving but quickly. Prior to his tragic debate performance almost a month ago, the party’s standard bearer was thrown under the left.  ,
The outdated website states that” Democrats will rally around Joe Biden and Kamala Harris ‘ nomination for President and Vice President of the United States.” ” The 2024 Democratic Convention in Chicago will show America what President Biden, Vice President Harris, and Democrats stand for …” . ,
Of course, energy is what the party vehemently opposes, and joining Biden is no longer a viable way to maintain that position.  ,

Dems who have a sneaky suspicion that there are more qualified candidates than borders emperor Kamala have been pressing the establishment rats to silence any internal criticism.  ,
Following President Biden’s surprising return from the competition, “powerful leaders of the Democratic creation quickly embraced Vice President Kamala Harris,” the New York Times, the main media partner of the silent coup to replace the octogenarian Biden, reported earlier this week.
” Testimonials cascaded in as the vice president took sharp control of the Biden plan in a transformed battle, though some important Democrats, including Barack Obama, did not immediately back her”, the leftist release reported, sending the message that, open agreement be damned, Kamala’s the group’s anointed one.  ,
But like Harris ‘ loving history, it’s complicated.  ,
” Complicated Mess”
No matter who his successor is, according to Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., the Democrat Party good faces legal issues in heaving Biden from the November ballot.  ,
According to a document note from the Heritage Foundation Oversight Project in June, there are deadlines for candidates to appear on ballots in swing states, particularly Wisconsin, Georgia, and Nevada. According to the memo, these” ]t ] hree of the expected six most contested states have some potential for pre-election litigation aimed at exasperating, with legitimate concerns for election integrity, the withdrawal process for a presidential candidate”. In the letter, Heritage describes how it looks at such timelines and dispute in the battleground state.  ,
Similar circumstances had get” a complicated chaos with an unexpected outcome that very likely would end up at the actions of a very traditional United States Supreme Court,” according to Emory Law professor Alicia Hughes, days before Biden’s withdrawal announcement.
The DNC lawfare criminals are ready to battle.  ,
” There is a zero point zero, zero, zero percent chance that Mike Johnson and his fever dream of somehow there being legal action to prevent Kamala Harris … to keep]her ] off the ballot, there is no chance that will happen”, morally suspect leftist lawfare practitioner Mike Elias, peddler of the phony Russian dossier, told the left-wing mouthpiece Democracy Watch.
Business media have swiftly pushed the tale that there’s nothing to see here, asserting no official candidate, no bad. Election officials who have received criticism for securing elections are also circling the wagons.
Gabriel Sterling, chief operating officer for Georgia’s secretary of state’s office, posted on X , that” Biden dropping out will not impact Georgia ballots. As the Democrats have n’t had a convention, there is no’ nominee’ to replace. ”  ,
Von Spakvosky says Biden’s party has to act fast.  ,
Von Spakovsky cited the varying deadlines as” as you know most states have deadlines in August, with a few beginning in September when the political party’s head must formally certify to election administrators who the candidate is in order for ballots to be printed.  ,
Most of the deadlines are set for” late August or during the first two weeks of September, “according to the National Conference of State Legislatures. That’s when states start” finalizing and printing ballots.”
” Some states begin sending absentee ballots more than 45 days before the election,  , but all states must have ballots finalized, printed and ready to send 45 days prior to the election for military and overseas voters, as required by federal law, “NCSL notes.  ,
” It is He Who Sets the Standards.”
Von Spakvosky, manager of Heritage’s Election Law Reform Initiative, said under DNC rules and many state laws, delegates are supposed to be bound on the first vote on the floor of the convention. But the DNC rules committee, slated to meet Wednesday, holds the cards.  ,
” I’m assuming they will have a vote to change the rule so that delegates will have a vote to choose whoever the appointed one is,” Von Spakovsky said.  ,
However, DNC Chairman Jaime Harrison insists that the process will be” transparential” and orderly, “even as Harris ‘ supporters in the establishment and the party’s corporate media public relations firm” swarm.  ,
” In the coming days, the party will undertake a transparent and orderly process to move forward,” Harrison said in a statement“. The party’s established policies and procedures will govern this procedure. Our delegates are ready to accept their responsibility for delivering a candidate to American voters quickly.
Money Money Money
Kamala’s likely to get the campaign cash, too. As of June 20, the most recent day the Biden/Harris campaign had to file a campaign finance report, the Biden-led ticket had$ 91.5 million in cash on hand. Von Spakovsky stated in a column for Fox News that there is” no requirement in federal law for campaign committees to provide refunds to donors who want their contributions to be returned. The Biden for President committee would have the sole discretion to decide whether or not to grant refunds on request. ”  ,
Because Biden has already endorsed his vice president, it’s clear he wants the money to stay with Harris, who is also listed on the principal campaign committee. Under FEC rules, Biden would be prohibited from giving the bulk of the campaign funds to any candidate other than Harris. However, von Spakovsky made it clear that there is no cap on the amount of money that can be transferred from a candidate committee to a party committee. Biden for President could, therefore, transfer all of its cash to the Democratic National Committee, Democratic congressional and senatorial committees, and state and local party committees, which could then use the money to support their federal, state and local candidates.”
The GOP has already filed a lawsuit against this transfer of funds, with the Trump campaign filing a complaint with the FEC on Tuesday, claiming that” Kamala Harris is attempting to commit a$ 91.5 million heist using Joe Biden’s leftover campaign cash. This would be the single largest excessive contribution and biggest violation in the history of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended.
The Harris campaign claims that the Associated Press was thirsty after receiving a record$ 81 million in the 24 hours that followed Biden’s announcement.
Republicans have accused Democrats of” rigging their own elections. ”  ,
” It looks like, dare we say it, an insurrection,” Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., said during an appearance Sunday on Fox News”. If not for the fact that Democrats have persecuted good Americans for the past three years, spending half of the country and more doing what they are doing now, that is hysterically funny. This is a joke.”
