It’s difficult to begin fact-checking and studying Joe Biden’s speech from the Oval Office because it was so full of ridiculous lies and slurred speech. One point is certain, though, is that when NBC called it” for the past novels,” they were spreading yet more fake news than usual.

Biden then made the false claim that the rate of violent crime is at a 50-year low while mentioning veterans and” the most significant climate law ever, ever, in the history of the world.” We’re also securing our border”. Actually, the border crisis continues at dangerously high levels. Biden boasted about appointing a black woman to the Supreme Court and said,” I ran for president four years ago because I still believed in the importance of the soul of America and the very nature of who we are.” That’s still the case. America is an idea. An idea is stronger than any armory, bigger than any ocean, more powerful than any dictator or tyrant. It has more power than any other concept in world history.

Without specifically applauding Kamala Harris for the presidency, he quoted Benjamin Franklin who “is hanging on my wall here in the Oval Office alongside the busts of Dr. King, Rosa Parks, and Cesar Chavez,” and cited the Declaration of Independence. Ben Franklin once said that America had” a Republic if you can keep it” when he “emerged from the con-con — convention going on.” Biden added:
