The government of defense’s original bonus, extra regional and federal benefits, and additional compensation are included in this pay package. The new repayment structure is powerful instantly, as announced by Mayor Sergei Sobyanin’s business.
Moscow has a significant share of Russia’s workforce who are educated, but the proportion of people who volunteer for the army has fallen behind other areas.
