
Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-Texas ), who served as a White House doctor for 14 years, confirmed former President Donald Trump’s gunshot wound on Friday and announced that Trump is “rapidly recovering” from the July 13 assassination attempt and “doing extremely well”.
Jackson, a former White House doctors who served under both Trump and Barack Obama, said he understood the “global value” of the death effort against the 2024 Republican presidential candidate when he shared an update on the former mayor’s health with the American citizens on Friday.

Jackson’s statements contrast sharply with Christopher Wray’s evidence to Congress on Wednesday. Harrison claimed there was” some question about whether or not it’s a bullet or debris” that hit Trump’s neck during the execution attempt by Thomas Matthew Crooks in Butler, Pennsylvania.
