America’s oldest person has this advice for long, healthy life: ‘Don’t hold…’

Elizabeth Francis, America’s oldest man, turned 115 this week and fulfilled her heart’s need of having two slices of cake– anything she wished next year if she could make it to her 115th day. Her one advice for living a long and happy life is to” speak your mind and do n’t hold your tongue.”
Born in 1909 in Louisiana, Elizabeth has seen World War! to the falling of Titanic, the Great Depression, the second aircraft flight across the Atlantic, 20 president and World War II. ” She’s surprised us all”, her daughter said. Elizabeth’s child is then 95 years old. Elizabeth ran a coffee shop in Houston and raised her as a single mom. She used to only walk or take the vehicle.
The mother and daughter continue to live together and enjoy sitting next to one another and watching old” Great Times” shows.
Elizabeth became America’s oldest man in February after Edie Ceccarelli, the preceding report owner, died a few weeks after her 116th holiday in California.
A monument honoring Francis as the new report owner as the oldest person in America was presented to her in April by Ben Meyers of LongeviQuest, an organization that tracks the oldest people in the world.
I asked her how she felt about turning 115 the other night, and she responded with,” I simply thank the good Lord that I’m around,” Harrison told the Washington Post.
She claims that she has nothing to worry about, and that our home is the same way.
According to the review, Francis is now speaking in a voice and has slowed down significantly in recent months. She sleeps significantly more than she did six months prior, but the granddaughter said she still speaks up and does n’t hold back.
