According to a new record, President Joe Biden was “blackmailed” into declaring his intention to withdraw from the 2024 presidential race after leading Democrats threatened to use the 25th Amendment to oust him from business.

In his post on social media, Rugg said the tough approach “appears to have been the 25th Amendment”. He added that Biden’s own staff members were n’t aware of his decision to withdraw from the race until X shared his digitally signed letter.
