US officials arrived in the early hours following the arrest of Ismael Zambada Garcia, the next remaining uncle of Mexico’s Sinaloa drug gang, with an earlier knowledge of the unknown at the heart of everything: how did a runaway who had evaded capture for decades end up being delivered directly into their hands? According to authorities, Zamboda Garcia was allegedly lured onto a private airplane by his previous partner’s boy, the notorious drug lord El Chapo, who flew him without his knowledge over the boundary.
However, after having the consideration of El Chapo’s child, Joaquin Guzman Lopez, thoroughly examined and with witnesses who knew about it, US officials have since produced a more serious and extraordinary account of what transpired in Mexico. According to law enforcement officials, one of his region’s most wanted people, Zombada Garcia, left a shelter in the hills last week and was ambushed in Culiacan during what he believed would be a pleasant meeting with Guzman Lopez. Zambada Garcia was therefore detained by US federal agents by forcibly flying him across the borders. According to Zambada Garcia’s attorney, who claimed that his customer had been abducted rather than tricked into boarding the plane, that version of events was late offered. According to the defense, Guzman Lopez allegedly carried Zambada Garcia to the airport where he remained bound after handcuffed him, strapped him to a backpack, shoved him into a car, and then on to a helicopter, where he remained bound.
Even today, it’s unknown what transpired on Thursday that ended with Zambada Garcia and Guzman Lopez in US prison. On Wednesday, when Zambada Garcia enters judge, particulars of what transpired that day could be revealed.
Three officers claimed to have no understanding of the methods used to bring Zambada Garcia to the US and that the US government had not been involved in any of them. According to a source, Guzman Lopez’s guards and Zambada Garcia’s supporters clashed during the invasion in Culiacan, which turned violent.
Even if Zambada Garcia entered the country under real restraint, according to experts, it might not have any bearing on the charges he faces.
However, Zambada Garcia’s attorney may try to discredit the theft allegations, which could stymie US law enforcement’s efforts to indict him if not in accordance with the law, but apparently in accordance with diplomatic pressure. Mexico has launched its own investigation into the” acts that may have occurred” and the activities. Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador claimed that the US had been communicating with Guzman Lopez for some time.
El Chapo was given a life sentence for the crimes he had committed against his children about five years ago. The aim of the discussions was to persuade Guzman Loera’s children to give themselves up and face US costs in the name of America. Following that creation, Joaquin and US officers discussed bringing along Zambada Garcia and turning himself in. The Guzman boys would benefit from obtaining favorable plea bargains and helping them stay in Mexico by removing Zambada Garcia, one of their main rivals, in exchange.
