In its investigation into alleged political damage in Sunday’s presidential election, Venezuela named criticism leader Mara Corina Machado as a vital think, escalating tensions while the outcome is still in debate.

Public Prosecutor Tarek William Saab announced Monday at a press conference that Machado was a part of a story to change voting results that were sent from polling places to the political authority’s headquarters. President Nicolás Maduro, whose declaration as the election’s success was met with large suspicion from the global community, has said voting tallies were delayed because of a attack.

The news is good to stifle more international condemnation of the Maduro regime, even though Saab avoided making an arrest warrant for Machado or naming her as a suspect in a particular crime. The U.S. and some Latin American nations have now contacted the leader to request a complete report of the vote.

Even though Saab’s news conference had been held in Caracas for the majority of the night, protests quickly started to rage in some parts of the city. Audiences banged on vases, shouted” Fraud”! and blocked all visitors to the town’s international airport due to damaged tires on the main highway that runs through Caracas to La Guaira. They were being dispersed by regional soldiers.

After being barred from running, Maduro faced Edmundo González, an opposition candidate supported by Machado. While she was not campaigning for the president, Machado campaigned for González and attracted a swarm of backers who saw her as an inspiration after years of struggle under Maduro.

After the election agency announced the initial results, Machado next made an appearance in public on Monday night. After in Caracas, according to her press team, she will handle writers.

The electoral authority said Maduro won Sunday’s election with 51.2 % of votes, against 44.2 % of votes favoring González. The opposition disapproved of the findings, claiming that González had won with 70 % of the vote counted in some unofficial sources.

Regional classmates including Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Peru have demanded to see evidence of Maduro’s defeat, while Panama announced a momentary suspension of relations with the Caracas program. The United States has” major problems that the outcome announced does not represent the Colombian people’s will or seats,” according to State Secretary Antony Blinken.

The head of Venezuela’s political power, which is controlled by Maduro’s friends, certified his triumph after Saab spoke. But the Carter Center, which was invited to Venezuela as an election observer, demanded the immediate discharge of polling center-level election information.

Top U.S. administration authorities speaking to reporters in Washington under the condition that they not been identified will decide whether to impose sanctions on Venezuela in the future, if Maduro’s administration completely discloses that information.

It is no surprise that people are beginning to walk on the roads. Nearly 40 % of Venezuelans believed that if there was fraud, they may rally until the government acknowledges the election’s true benefits, according to a Delphos-based study conducted in the first half of July.

Despite stabilizing the market and preventing inflation, Maduro also helms one of the most severe humanitarian and financial problems in modern history, leading to the displacement of 7.7 million people.

Machado and González aimed to reunify families whose community had torn asunder by removing government controls on the market, privatizing the oil economy, and removing diaspora-imposed restrictions on the market. Their movement was unlike anything that had been present since Hugo Chávez ‘ death in the 1990s.

The admitted attack was launched from North Macedonia, Saab said. He continued, adding that Machado, Leopoldo López, and Lester Toledo, the criticism party’s officials, planned it.

Both López and Toledo are exiled. López is a famous past political slave, while Toledo is one of the people of the opponent’s group for speaks with the authorities. They each ignored individual feedback requests.

” Happily, this activity was stopped, avoided”, Saab said. They opted to “adulterate the election data themselves,” according to the statement.
