Missouri Attorney General&nbsp, Andrew Bailey&nbsp, has announced that he is suing the Biden-Harris leadership for files concerning the government’s reported effort to journey illegal immigrants from the borders into Missouri.

” I am filing suit against @JoeBiden and @KamalaHarris for REFUSING to turn over documents about the flying of illegal immigrants into Missouri” ,&nbsp, Bailey&nbsp, wrote on Monday in a post on X, formerly Twitter. We have cause to believe that border crossings are intentionally bringing illegal aliens into our locations. No on my watch”.

The Department of Homeland Security was being sued for violating a Freedom of Information Act ( FOIA ) request, according to the attorney general’s office in a press release.

The Biden Administration is once more attempting to evade all laws in order to keep data from Americans, according to Bailey. Their most recent inability to disclose the facts about the entry of unlawful immigrants into Missouri is only the tip of the iceberg, according to &nbsp. It shows a pattern of using wait and escape strategies to obtain documents that are not required by the FOIA.

According to The Post Millennial, Bailey’s lawsuit follows a letter sent in May by Rep. Mark Alford (R-Mo. ) to Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas, along with other Democratic lawmakers from Missouri. Legislators at the time requested clarifications from Mayorkas regarding the Biden administration’s plans to immigrate unlawful immigrants to the US.

In the letter, Republican lawmakers expressed a “deep concern” regarding the Biden administration’s Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela ( CHNV ) parole program and warned that the Department of Homeland Security had “reached far beyond the statutory authority granted to them by Congress” by flying more than 400, 000 illegal immigrants into the United States.

According to the text, at least two persons had been flown into Missouri in 2023, according to a list provided by the Department of Homeland Security. The lawmakers expressed “deep concerns” about the entry of unvetted, then illegal, illegal aliens into the country.

According to the Missouri lawmakers, Mayorkas requested an explanation of the administration’s plans to record illegal immigrants entering the country through the CHNV parole program as well as a breakdown of how many people had been flown into Missouri in full.

According to Bailey,” The people of Missouri have a right to know the specifics behind these pursuits,” the transport of unlawful immigrants into Missouri is a common problem.
