The Defense Department announced on Wednesday that the Biden-Harris management had reached a plea deal that spared three al Qaeda members who are suspected of being involved in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 from receiving the death sentence.
” The Convening Authority for Military Commissions, Susan Escallier, has entered into judicial partnerships with Khalid Shaikh Mohammad, Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin ‘ Attash, and Mustafa Ahmed Adam as Hawsawi, three of the co-accused in the 9/11 situation”, a Pentagon media release reads.
According to the New York Post, the former is the “accused main engineer” of the 9/11 criminal problems, while the latter two are “alleged co-conspirators”. Since 2003, the United States government has been detained at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba for the three alleged jihadists.
The Office of Military Commissions of the Pentagon’s Office of Military Commissions ‘ letters to the families of 9/11 patients and those obtained by the Post later reveal that the offers may allow the accused culprits to avoid the death penalty, despite the Pentagon’s declining to provide more information about the pre-trial contracts.
” In exchange for removal of the death penalty as a possible punishment, these three Accused have agreed to plead guilty to all of the charged acts, including the death of the 2, 976 individuals listed in the command plate”, Rear Adm. Aaron C. Rugh, OMC’s chief counsel, apparently wrote.
Biden recommended Rugh for the place in May 2022, and the Senate later that month confirmed him.
” I am very unhappy. We quietly waited a while. The state has failed us, Daniel D’Allara told the Post,” but I wanted the suicide charges.” D’Allara’s baby brother John was an agent with the NYPD and perished during the 9/11 problems.
The Biden-Harris management released two Jordanian immigrants who had been detained for attempting to misconduct Virginia’s Quantico Marine Corps Center the day after the Post reported on the scandalous appeal offers.
Immigration Customs and Enforcement “admired to keep national prison” for Hasan Yousef Hamdan and Mohammad Khair Dabous, according to the document. Dabous “had overstayed his student card and is in treatment proceedings,” Hamdan said.
According to the Post, the launch of the Jordanians was granted by Magistrate Judge William B. Porter with the condition that they would continue to “refuse to trespass on any state house, including the Quantico facility,” as stated by the Post.
Federal authorities have declined to say why the unlawful creatures attempted to enter Quantico and whether the intention was to strike.
