Kamala Harris worked for DEI. You know it. I know it. Kamala is aware of it. Joe Biden is undoubtedly aware of this. But for some purpose, this truth is illegal. You simply ca n’t say it without someone getting triggered.  ,

ABC senior congressional correspondent Rachel Scott brought up the topic of Kamala Harris being a DEI hire during a Q&A session with the National Association of Black Journalists ( NABJ) at their annual convention on Wednesday.  ,
” Let me just ask a follow-up dear, then we’ll move on to other questions here. Kamala Harris, the first black and Asian woman to hold the position of vice chairman and be on a main party seat, has been referred to as a DEI hire by some of your own supporters, including Republicans on Capitol Hill, Scott said. Is that speech a good one for you? And did you e-mail the Republicans and their backers to” prevent it”?
” How do you identify DEI? Go away. What do you mean by””? Trump asked.
” Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion”? Scott responded.
” Is that your concept? Grant me a definition”, Trump continued.
” Those are the words for, DEI, Sir. I’m asking you a topic, I’ve defined it for you. Do you think that VP Kamala Harris ‘ inclusion as a black woman is sufficient justification?
Let’s be honest around, Trump gave the wrong response.

” Well, I can say, maybe it’s a little bit different”, he began. ” I’ve known her for a long time directly, not straight but little. She never disparaged American history, and all she did was promote American heritage. She turned out to be “black,” and I did n’t realize she was black until a few years ago, when she finally became that way. So, I do n’t know, is she Indian or is she black”?

Trump only had to say that Biden made it clear when he was running in 2020 that he would choose a woman as his running mate because he has n’t even tried to conceal the fact that he prioritized candidates ‘ identities.  ,
During a Democratic primary conversation in March 2020, Biden said,” I commit that I did in fact choose a person to be evil chairman.” Four of the ladies on his little record, he pointed out, were black women, and he did so four months later.
” I am not committed to naming any ( of the potential candidates ), but the people I’ve named, and among them there are four black women”, Biden said on MSNBC.

Without bringing up the race Harris mostly associates with at any given time, which is a whole other problem, Trump could have quickly pointed that up.
Trump should have also pointed out that those who support DEI policies are the same people who take offense to calling Harris a DEI get. If La plans are for a good thing, why are they treating the name” DE I hire” as a disparaging? If DEI is fine, why is calling one a DEI use unethical speech?
Trump might have emphasized that Biden said he would choose a dark woman to serve on the Supreme Court, which would have provided a similar expansion of his response.
But while Trump’s solution could have been better, The truth remains that Harris is really a La employ. As for those who think it’s an affront, then why do they advocate for DEI hiring laws?
