The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals reversed itself on Thursday, allowing Arizonans to cast ballots in national elections without requiring proof of citizenship.

According to USA Today, “it’s yet another startling turn in the legal fight over a 2022 legislation that aims to eventually repeal a portion of the National Voter Registration Act and require all Arizona citizens to present proof of citizenship to cast ballots.” The order makes it easier for potential voters to cast ballots if they ca n’t present proof of citizenship until two weeks later. There are still two weeks until the high-stakes presidential election’s registration deadline of October 7.
Even without providing any kind of membership, voters can now use the state-issued voter registration form once more. Rather, they attest under penalty of perjury that they are people, and are limited to voting in national races only.
In the first 10 weeks after the July 18 decision that required the video evidence, the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office said it had rejected 200 vote programs.
On Thursday, the Arizona Secretary of State’s Office clarified the effect of the decision.
Regardless of the form used, contacts producer Aaron Thacker stated that “election leaders may not accept voter registration applications submitted without DPOC.” DPOC is slang for documentary evidence of membership.

He acknowledged the compliment he had received two weeks ago. ” When one gets it right, they deserve reward. Two days a day, a cracked time is correct.
